General delivery info

As part of our animal welfare and international transport policy, Earth Wise Exotic only ships reptiles directly from our own collection. We do not operate as a standalone animal courier or third-party reptile transport service.

Delivery times for international orders within Europe, Asia, and the USA may vary depending on import regulations, airline schedules, weather conditions, and available delivery slots at the time your order is placed.

Our team will keep you informed throughout the process via email, including shipment arrangements, export and import requirements where applicable, tracking updates, and your reptile’s estimated arrival date.

At Earth Wise Exotic, we do not automatically ship live animals immediately after payment is received. The safety and well-being of our reptiles are our highest priority, so we first ensure that you will be available to receive or collect your animal(s) upon arrival. Once payment has been completed, we will work closely with you to arrange a suitable shipping date and confirm the destination address for delivery.

We are happy to hold your reptile free of charge until the right shipping conditions are available for you, our team, and most importantly, the animal. During this time, your reptile will continue to receive the same high standard of care and attention as every other animal in our facility.

To protect the health and welfare of our reptiles, we may delay shipments during unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions. We always prefer to keep the animals safe and comfortable in our care rather than risk transportation under poor conditions.

All shipments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and will only be arranged after full payment has been received and confirmed. Shipments cannot be booked or reserved pending future payment.
